Does anyone know John H?

https://www.fiatforum.com/member.php?u=404

He was a very active and useful forum member right up until 29th November 2005 when he last visited the site. He had several Pandas as far as I know. I know people move on but it would be nice to know that he was ok.

I sent an email to the email address he used to sign up to the site but I've had no reply.

Looks like he wrote 'obviously time i stopped posting here' and didn't come back.

I never knew the guy, was he getting a lot of stick on the forums? Maybe he just had enough and abandoned the forum

does seem that was the case?

I agree that I wrote a load of carp regarding the pulley sizes.

I thought you'd written that you could get the crankshaft in the wrong position, and could correct it by rotating 1 full turn.. I really should read more carefully, and shouldn't rush to post.

It's obviously time I stopped posting here.

Bye.

John H

Although there is still a massive base of knowledge posting in this section (seriously, is there anything we can't do? Apart from weld, haha) John H's missing status is well felt. By me at least. As I've mentioned before he was so helpful. Perhaps if we set about leaving notes on every Panda in existence we can find him.

Or perhaps he no longer owns a Panda?

Like I said in my first post, I know people move on, of course they do. Not usually so suddenly though. The last time we lost a member so suddenly it was Steve Yensen, he moderated the Panda section and I took over after his death:

John was on here since day one pretty much so as I say, it would be nice to know he's ok.

Dave, I'll have a look.
