I want one ... my car didnt even complete 1 year and there's a new one :(

any more Pictures ?

coming to think about it , its ugly !

the previous generation is alot much better !!

I still dont like it that much , where's the car interior !!! it looks so cheap ! cheaper than the current gen !

the exterior look is fine , but its just a face / back lift ,the rest is 100% typical

anyways here's the 1.8R version ( 1.8L with sport additions :S )

I wiil Put more pictures as soon as possible, and the good news: this New palio will be sold in all Latin America, Egypt, Turkye and outher countries in 2008.
But the Palio G3 will continues in sale, in a cheap version with 1.0, 1.2 or 1.3 engenie, dependes of the country.

I and most of the teamPALIO (www.teampalio.com) fans don't like it. It looks very bad and ordinary. I don't understand what FIAT wanted to do. They tried to do a new grande palio. It does't have any palio soul.

Everybody hnows that Palio is not the same car around the world, in India we have Palio from de secound gen. and " Palio Stile" (Palio 3rd gen. here in Brazil), China happens the same, in South Africa we have a Palio mixed with 3rd gen but inside is a 1st gen.

Here in Brazil is the base for new FIAT compact cars around the world, just see FIAT Perla in china, is like the same Siena (albea) 3rd gen we have here in Brazil, we stil have de Palio 3dr gen, but jus with popular price and without the last tecnologis have regular Palio 3 gen. in the past or yhe Palio 4th gen heve now.

Re: I have palio 1.3 brazilian

hey guys i have the 2006 1.8R palio (bought it in mexico) and it sucks it tottally dissapointed me, man that car is so slow i hate it but its not llike a can change it 3 months after i got it...lol anyways if you guys know any mods i can put in this car PM me it would help alot...

Without trying to sound clever, I think in Western Europe we are very lucky to have cars like the Panda, Grande Punto and Bravo but have to accept that in some parts of the world there isn't the same level of money available to spend on cars and while we have the luxury of buying ones we really want rather than just basic transport. This may be why cars such as the VW Beetle were made for so long in countries like Mexico. Just a thought though, it's possible that the 1.8 GM engine is the one we had in the 2nd generation Vauxhall Cavalier/Opel Ascona in the early '80's. It was known as the Family 2 series of engines and was also found in a version of the Opel Manta. It put out 90 hp in the Cavalier/Ascona/Manta GTJ, but was capable of 115 bhp in the early Astra/Kadett GTE/GSi. The FIAT engine should be much better.
