Palio 1.6 weekender runs rough when cold "no faults detected" need help please

Having an issue with my Palio Weekender that's causing me such a headache, I'm thinking of just selling it even though I love this car

Currently

Having a rough idle issue when engine is cold fresh start.. car will jerk and sometimes stall.

After about 2-3km the car warms up and runs like a dream

i have replaced almost every sensor in this car the throttle body is 2nd hand
but if i pull out the connectors to throttle body sensors the car will rev erratically etc. so it can't be the throttle body/ sensors?

only thing not replaced is Oxygen sensor but Im currently not getting any faults using ELM 327 so I have no idea where this issue is coming from at this moment

I have also sprayed quickstart all around to make sure there is no vacuum leak

please any advice would be appreciated

quick edit : also no check engine light coming on?
