I have a 2003 Fiat Palio Weekend ELX 1.6 16v. My problem is that my front electric Windows, cigar lighter, interior fan, wipers, washer and headlights have just stopped working. The rear windows work as well as the park and bright lights. I need advice on where to look, nobody within 150km has a diagnostic tool for a Fiat. I am from South Africa. Thanks

Hi. Those are large current items.. so probably a lost earth..or blown fuse.

Worth checking tbe cables running into the doors for fraying.

Diagnostics:-multiecuscan and budget ebay cables should be very good for relatively litte outlay.

Of course a £5 test meter..or oven a test bulb may find your issue here.

I did check all fuses and it has the small pin in the bonnet next to the key for the alarm

Earlier reply got lost.. :(

Those are big power components.. blown fuse..or lost earth.

Worth checking the wiring into doors for chafing-damage

Diagnostics- multiecuscan and chinese ebay cables should do well..
Most cars are onto OBD2 at your build date.
Far better diagnostic possibilities.

It cost me the equivalent of £38 to get it sorted.
