Could you please let me know if you can support to solve the below trouble ?

The trouble :

My car is cranking but not start and the key lamp is lighting on dashboard ,also there is no communication between the ECU and Body control .
Another Symptoms : the fuel pump relay is clicking and throttle ETC is opening and closing .

The actions have been taken :

1- Checked the Power feed and ground to ECU . it's OK
2- Checked the harness cable between ECU and sensors. It's OK no short or open ,also coming out with the following :
*The ECU is giving out correctly the 5 V ref to sensors also it is grounding correctly the main relay in fuse Box .
*The ECU is not grounding correctly the injectors , the fuel pump relay and the ignition distributor .

3-Reprogrammed the key code but nothing happened the key lamp still lighting on and no start .
