My palio misfire on no 4 cillnder soon after start up first time in the morning. After removing and put back no 4 plug lead the misfire disappear, mostly for rest of day's driving around. Must I look for bad electrical connections or can it be the knock sensor or coil pack. Plugs and plug leads are replaced earlier this year and swapping plugs give same result.

Welcome here,
My bet: coilpack.
But have the ECU read first.

Sorry for the late reply
My suspect is also coil pack. Have faced similar situation twice and replacing the coil pack solved problem completely
Still as peter suggests go for a ecu scan first

The coil pack is very sensetive to water. Once a coolant leakage made it spray on the coil pack and it went bad

So during service i never get water sprayed in the engine bay
