Well it's a 2001 1242 8v palio mpi so far I've bored out the throttle body to 40mm ,put in 440cc green top injectors from a vw, built a custom plenum intake and turbo exhaust manifold
Just received my .gt1544 turbo, busy test fitting it

Oil pipes fitted , now for turbo drain pipe then down pipe

How are you going to get the ECU to recognise boost (and the bigger injectors)?

I've been driving with the bigger injectors for a year now ,i think they have the same impedence as the original weber ones. I've got a unichip and turbo module as a piggyback for ecu

Have u had any experience with this ecu ,i have been reading about your mods to your ecu and I'm very interested try the same with mine ,only problem i suck with anything containing micro chips.

No, not this one, not yet at least. Doesn't it use/have a cam position sensor? I do not see one on your cam cover...

funny enough no, it has no cam sensor or knock sensor either

Had to make a slimline fan cowl as the old fan got in the way, and a stronger throttle bob
Today I'm gonna try finish the exhaust

Started the car today surprisingly idled straight away time to clean up garage and put all bolts back in the bumper

Been a busy month finally get to spend some time with my car ,new wideband o2 ,boost gauge and radiator fitted.
