Attaching Service / Parts Rate Card for reference.
SA - Dayanand
Vehicle - Fiat Palio Stile SLX 1.1
54k+ >> Service included Oil / Fuel Filter replacement / Engine Flushing / Wheel Alignment
Issues -
Reached sharp @ 9 AM and handed over to SA, explained the issues and made a rookie mistake - left!!
When I got back to Vecto @ 2 PM, the work was not even half done. When I enquired, the SA replied ramp was available only @ 11 AM. Spent 4 hours there and got vehicle delivery at around 6:50 PM.
Final check revealed Wiper Blade replacement had not been done. Spend another half hour getting someone to do that (this was after 6:30 PM).
There were no spares for the Cabin Light (thank god for 99rpm - will place an order there)
Offtopic - Bought the Tail Lamp Assy from 99rpm and asked Vecto Personnel to replace it - charged 300 INR for the same.
Lead time for delivery from 99rpm - 4 days. Last time when I had got the vehicle serviced @ Prerna Motors,
the SA had promised he would place an order for the tail lamp and call me. There was no movement in getting the same even after 6 months.
Learnings - Make sure you remain in the Service Centre throughout - to ensure the SA keeps pushing the service personnel to get the work done. I could see the guys are overloaded - a little bit of efficiency is required in their operations.
Not sure if labor charges are a bit on the higher side. All currency in INR.

- Tail Lamp LH Assy complete replacement
- Rear Window Sprayer blockage
