Hi,
We have a Fiat Pailo Stile 1.1. It had a coolant leakage problem which remained even after two visits to an authorised service station. I sensed some over heating as well, which sort of remained in control after topping up the cooland. Also, the car makes irritating sound from the right front side (the driver's side) - with or without AC. The service people told that the car doesn't have enough power and when the fan starts, it makes these extra sounds. I don't really believe that, as accoding to me, Fiat Palio has enough power.
We fitted Carbon 9" Video and Kenwood Receiver. After that, while driving in the night with AC on, suddenly the temperature display will shoot up, the headlights will switch off and the central locking will turn off. After sometime, again it will come back to normal (sometimes after hitting a bump). The service station person tells me that it is a wiring or earth problem. I went to the accessories shop and checked the wiring for the systems myself. The accessories team, who also owns a garrage, is telling that there might be a problem with the timing belt and alternator.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks and regards,
Joy
