What must i do to fit an strada/ritmo 85s engine and gearbox in an 128?

Well it won't quite fit that easily.... the five speed will need to have the gearbox end mounting removed. (alloy part which is cast into the gearbox 5th gear spacer)

Overall it wont fit (easily) as the five speed will foul the sway bar on a 128 sedan.... whereas the coupe/3p will be OK (but still a tight fit) as the front suspension is different.

Also there is the issue of "top change" and "bottom change" gearboxes , you reallyu want to use a bottom change (pre 19987 I think) gearbox as it fits up a lot easier.

But can i take the gearbox from an 1300 fiat 128 and set it on the ritmo 1500 without shifting flywheel and use the starter from 128?

Yes, BUT, you have to use the ring gear from the 1300 (four speed 180mm clutch) flywheel and press it onto the 1500 (five speed 190mm clutch) flywheel you want to use, so the starter will engage ... inner diameter is the same for both ring gears so it's a simple job.

But the 1100/ 1300 flywheel is lighter than the 1500 flywheel, so for performance this is an advantage...

same with the 190mm clutch, this weighs more...

A good quality 180mm clutch will be up to the job with a standard 85s engine easily.

You can also use the 190mm clutch (but you need to drill and tap holes) on the 1100/1300 flywheel too
