If it doesn't have levering motor system then the level is set manually.
Did it fail control technic on beam too high or too low?
Has the car had a bump on the front?
The lamps are now getting expensive.. but the motors are probably a common..'bolt.on' part
Maybe common with punto..?

Come with motors fitted
Do not get the bolk brand ones they come without motors.
Ah I think there is a problem here.
Just looked at fiatdalys on line catalogue.
Appears that the adjustable headlights were hydraulically adjusted , electrically adjusted or just manual adjust.
If you can find a headlamp with manual adjuster . Then that will work just needs fitting and aiming.

The head light in this link fits hydraulic adjust, electric adjust or use the manual adjuster and use head light as is.

I've ordered a pair of cheap punto motors for them. Half the problem is I'm in the UK trying to sort this out and I'm getting all the info third party. But thank you so much for all your help. It is truly appreciated.
Good on you for doing this for your mum, I wonder if she thinks it is easy for you?

Someone is going to have fun trying to fit the adjuster motors to headlamps that have been fixed in place! Luckily that will be happening in France
