Bought this car second hand back in September, MOT history clean, car running well. No problems since the power steering warning which was solved by a long run - thank goodness.
Unfortunately, the EOBD light came on as I was driving home from work today, and it hasn't gone away. Steady amber. We've just hit the cold weather and I may already need to consider getting a new battery fitted...so this is terrible timing, what with having nearly zero cash to my name.
I'm going to have to take it to a garage for a diagnostic/fix, no matter what the problem is, but I'm hoping somebody may know what could be causing it, and how much I need to worry/be ready to pay up.
