Yes and none.

The GP has CANBUS. There are virtually no legal HID conversions. NONE of the kits that just replace the lamp (bulb) are approved or legal and never will be.
Even if you fit an approved light (complete lamp, reflector and lens) you also need automatic height adjustment and headlamp washers.
