Does anyone know of a source for rear brake shoes for a 1965 Fiat 1500 Cabriolet?

I may have some old asbestos ones sitting about but the bonding material used has dried out. They need re-bonding. Having said that and assuming you still have the old brake shoes, you can take them to any good reputable brake shop and they can be re-lined with better modern low dust material. The old 1500 type shoes probably no longer avail due to the asbestos in the linings.

Also it's possible that the same brake shoes were used on other,later Fiat models, idk possibly front brakes on the Fiat 850/900T vans?, I'd try to locate other owners of Fiat 1500 Sedan/Cabriolets , they'd possible know.
