Anybody with some kind words for this noob?

I have located the fuel filter on our Palio, but is at a complete loss on how to remove/disconnect it from the fuel pipelines.

Reason being the connectors seem to be the clip-on type, and I'm unsure on correct removal procedure, and don't want to break anything by doing the wrong removal procedure.

Replaced fuel filter successfully. But the car just won't start. When starting you can hear that it want to go, but it doesn't.

There's talks of a second fuel filter somewhere in the engine compartment, can anybody confirm this? I have looked, but cannot see a second fuel filter.

Fuel pump do pump, and there is fuel under pressure in the line, so all I can think of is that there's a second filter somewhere that's blocking the line.

Post this in the Palio section if you will.
And no, there's no second fuel filter, just the one under the car, near the fueltank.
