ZASTAVA 101 (Fiat 128 B1) SINCE 1979

To achieve even more HP it is necessary to put on a 16v head with corresponding pistons, and that would result in unbelieavable 185 HP,.. in short;

Forged pistons, 2 rings c.p.s
Longer rods (uno turbo), lightened too - similar masses - balanced
compression ratio 11:1
head ported to 30.5 mm runners
Valve stems 7 mm
valve springs retaining collars made from SiMg aluminum
intake valves lightened, mushroom made on 3 angle (multiangle machining)
intake valves 40.5 mm
exhaust valves 34.5 mm

]315° camshaft 11.5mm LIFT
Lightened cranckshaft - aerodnamically shaped- polished - balanced - lightened flywheel
4 X 45mm TROTLE BODIES
RP TUNING SPORT LABS MPI Sekvencial WEBER MARELLI I.A.W.
exhaust extractor 4-1
Aluminium adjustable pulley - camshaft and rest
Brakes 257mm front discs (CROMA - TURBO) - steel calipers.
front springs from Fiat 126 (rear)
rear leaf spring from Peugeot Boxer
shocks adjusted for lowered suspension - two way hydrauilc
suspension enhanced by inserting PA6 - Poliamid instead of rubber bushings.
Enhanced and strenghened body

This presented veichle is still in building, around engine, few more things are waiting to be made, as well as roll cage install. If there are any other suggestions, feel free to write here or via e-mail.

Car looks great, what ecu are you using to run the injection and is the ignition standard stand alone or is it tied into the ecu.

ECU is all described, take another look at the links I provided. BTW, it's Weber Marelli. Ignition is ecu integrated, and then distributed spark trough a classic rotational distributor.

What is the bore and stroke ?

And how does it work with 45mm trottle and 40.5mm valve and 30.5mm in between? That sounds like a timeglass for me...

If you're lucky you get basic teaching in either french/german or Spanish, sometimes 2. A* in GCSE French (16 y/o exams) meant I could hold a basic conversation (and I was good, 32/32 score!) i.e. our foreign language teaching is pretty poor in general.

You all speak English anyway ;)

From which engine 16v head would fit? Think its hard to find one to fit 128.AS.000 engine...

@Zeljko: Btw, visit this forum, might be interesting for you (based on language you speak). ;)

Pozdrav/Greeting

First of all, english is not my primary language :D
To get that out of the way.

As for 16 valve head, you can adapt head from Fiat Bravo, or buy original Abarth, PBS eng., or Zastava heads, of which all are factory made new.

As for the venturi effect, do a search on google, read a bit more on engines, how they work, you'll get the hang of it. It's a bit late, and I am tired, so cannot type now about...ummmm, let's see,... a few dozen pages!! :D
