Hi I have attached a picture of my Regata Speedo display. Now it wasnt working at all for a long time and got fixed and now seems to work normally. However when the car sits at lights it rests on 20km/h as in the picture. It shouldnt do this should it?

If it's been opened for repair, I suspect the needle has been refitted in the wrong position.

My dad's Regata always used to sit at 20km/h when stationary. I seem to recall it had a stop to prevent the needle from going below that speed. I thought it was a bit odd at the time.

Troy you were right on further inspection it does have a black stop. But is it correct for the RPM guage to be sitting at 1000 when idle?It has no stop on it however.

Is that when the engine is idling or when it's off? If it's running then I would assume it to be correct and the engine is idling a 1000rpm.
