Hi Everybody,
I just picked up this car (short of getting crushed) and I don't know what to do.
Do I restore it or let it be canibalized?
It's got no rust (except some surface rust) and the nose has suffered slightly some years ago.....
1600 engine turns and is said to have been running 5(?) years ago....
together with a 5 speed...
Any suggestions ?
any and all opinions apreciated.

looks like its going to be alot of work... would ou sell it on or keep it when restored?

if you've got loads of spare time, then you could make it a big project. but then if little spare time, you might aswell scrap it...

that flootwell looks like its going to cave in :S.

Well me personaly would strip the inside and see all the bare metal, see whats rusty and needs replacing, see if you can them parts or asses what needs chopping out and replacing, then make list of things it needs ( indicators, bright work,lights, seats etc,etc) then try and source them parts, add up what its gonna cost then decide if its worth it....if your gonna keep it for yourself to driver after rest then its how long you gonna set aside for resto.....

only my opinion mind but if you saved it from the crusher then you musst have summat in mind for it ???
