I have a 1971 128 and was wondering how many are still on the road in the US. If you have one email me I'd like to hear from you.

I know of at least 6 owners and have owned 3 myself. One guy in Seattle says he has 5 or 6 himself, he bought an engine from me a couple months ago. I posted some pictures in the member gallery.

128 owner in Montreal. The car is a 1973 with 30K. I am the second owner purchased two years ago. Never driven in the rain, snow or salt. Lived her whole life in a heated garage.....not a spot of rust. Recently swapped out the 1100 for a 1500. Lowered 1.5" all new disc brakes all around......goes like hell.

I live in the US and own 4 of them. There are also lots of 128 owners on

PS: Fiat not only sold cars in the US but built them there around 1918 as well. Most Fiat Spiders sold went to the US.

I have 1, but its in terrible shape, its in my garage waiting until i save up some $$

Hi
I think I got one, a 128 wagon , made into a Pick-up truck
(don't ask). It needs atransmission/ clutch. I saw another wagon at a self serve yard not too long ago...

Hellow US fellows, I´m Miguel from Portugal, I own a 128 rally euro-spec and i need the chromed trim that goes around the front glass - this part is almost imposible to get in europe, because here the part is used only in the rally version. In the US every 128 has this chromed trim around the windscreen/frontglass, would any of you be so kind to send me one?
I would obviously pay for the part and the shipping costs.

Best regards

Miguel

JoeyG and Maudieb, I know of someone who has a similar 1976 128 wagon for sale. The body is solid, but it needs a new paint job and tires. Mechanically it's sound and the interior is near mint. Is it worth purchasing for $1500? Anything that I should look for when inspecting the car or test driving? How are the engines? Are they reliable and easy to work on? I thought I read something on them having overheating issues, does this pertain to this model car or am I confusing it with another Fiat model? Any areas I should check for rust or common areas of concern? I posted originally in the newbie section but I haven't received any replies yet. I'm going out to see this car Saturday or Sunday. Any information or feedback would be greatly appreciated. Send me a PM and I'll give you my email address if you don't mind discussing opinions, tips and any information positive or negative.

I'm importing a 73 FIAT 128 2-Door into the USA from Athens, Greece. Looking forward to driving it occasionally and showing it!

I am bringing back to life a 1978 128 2dr sedan. Would like to find a parts car near home. Not having any luck, so far. This is one of many Fiat 128's that I've owned. Here is a picture after the first wash.

I just found a 1974 128 Wagon in Arizona sitting in a field and relatively solid and complete. I am buying it but worried about where I will be able to find parts for the restore. Anyone with ideas?
