Technical oil light comes on when i idle

Hello all,

I have a bit of a problem. My oil light comes on every time my car idles. When I'm driving or push up the revs the light goes off. The oil level is good, I check constantly. The car still sounds and runs good.

Can it be something with the oil pressure? or is my indicator stuffed maybe?

Can anyone help please?

What grade oil do you use, and what rpm's does your car idle?
How many km's ( or miles) on your engine?
