Hi, In the process of rebuilding engine and need to replace the drive plate, which I am finding hard to get. Does anyone have a good s/hand one they want to sell, or any advice on a drive plate from another vehicle.
All responses greatly appreciated.:cry:

Hi, sorry but I couldn't get back earlier, the part is a torque converter drive plate. thanks for suggestions, I'm sourcing to get a new one made, but am having problems because of the unique cank, if in the meantime anyone has an alternative plate idea, all welcome.

Flexplate from the sedan and coupe are the same unit, there's always a few 130 sedans being wrecked down under (look on australian ebay) maybe you could convince the sellers to split a flexplate and send it to the UK.... certainly be cheaper than remanufacturing one.

From memory there is a jaguar that uses the same gearbox (as I've sold Fiat 130 auto transmission parts to a jaguar specialist) another option might be adapting something like that...

hiya on e bay uk theres lots of fiat 130 coupe parts on now theres a drive plate item number 180170321996 thats for £1.00 & lot engine parts off a coupe :)
