I know the
p0400 is EGR flow malfunction
The EGR has been removed and cleaned
The pipework from the interncooler and butterfly valve was all cleaned
The Intake manifold sensor was cleaned
There was lots of gunky ****e in there

However there is still this fault code pending
Im wondering if the EGR is dead or not? Cant test it tho
When we cleaned it we didnt make the valve move, so wonder if its still stuck with carbon + gunk?

The p1141 fuel pressure rail malfunction
This error we havent even started to look at yet, but any ideas what this one could be, anybody know what sort of readings we need to take?

EGR will more than likely be dead, although slightly earlier than most, most usually fail about the 100K.

As for the fuel pressure rail malfunction. Ensure that there is no tuning box attached. If not, go get a new fuel pressure sensor. Otherwise it'll be the actual pressure relief valve stuck open or closed (closed being FAR more dangerous to work with!)
