Dave copied from my amazing idea tho!No lorry license. Coulndt afford to mot tax and insure lorry + car.
Liking your style though
Just us old people. When we passed (before the late 1990s), passing the car test entitled us to drive (I think) vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes, or with a trailer up to 12 tonnes. Basically categories C1 and C1+E. See http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Motoring/DriverLicensing/WhatCanYouDriveAndYourObligations/DG_4022547i thought you could drive a horse lorry on a car licence, or is that just if you old like me?
Tomorrow I buy a NISSAN!
Budget got slashed, and I've managed to find what seems to be a very nice looking car!
Full service history, 03 plate, 1 owner from new, immacualte, tow bar , big boot but most importantly - 46 mpg!
Whats also nice is the meaty 2.2dCI turbo diesel.
0-60 mph 9.5 s
Power Output 136 bhp
Capable of pulling burples fat butt around ( as well as my own )
Wish me luck, a 3 hour drive to engerland tomorrow to get it
(poor dad - he went to england on sunday to get me a HGT punto but it was a shed , now hes to go all the way to yorkshire!)
