hey all, recently got a replacement door for my E36 BMW coop (other one had a dint)

anyway.. the door i got was just the door, no window motor, locks etc, didnt think this would be a problem but i can't for the life of me work out how to get the glass out or even the window motor, it seems all of the bolts holding everything on are on the INSIDE so i can't get into them been stuck in my garage for a few days now.

thought id post here as the BMW forum isn't up too much and i thought maybe all cars were similar?
