hey all, only had the mondeo i few month but i fancy something else, one of the reasons for this is the DMF is getting close to the failure limit as it's on 80k.

i fancied a beemer but i can't get rid of the mondeo which is a 2003 for a 1998 tdi BMW with over 100k on the clock, seems daft.

would like a RWD car having never owned one diesel would be nice but i wouldn't rule out petrol.

any ideas?

why not get a cheapish little run around as youve still got your rs for the fun

RS is going too unfortunately, if it's sold soon (buyer lined up) i'll get something for a bit more money

yeah, possibly, i could get a subaru for the money easily, insurance for him without claims as theyre on his car would be £390.

i'll take a look at some of the suggested BMWs, i've had a thing for RWDs for a while now lol.

i'm going to take a look around at some omega diesels

lmao theres a tdi gls for sale, looked it up it has 98bhp and a 0-60 of 14 secs.

wish there was something with a more modern diesel engine and RWD for around £3k

bmw 320d e46 shape... youll be able to pick up a pretty nice one for that, just make sure its atleast an SE to get some toys

sweet, i'll take a look see what i can get for my money, just seems silly going to something 6-7 years older than my car with near twice the miles for some of the BMWs

meh, im going to sell the mondy and rs for now, wait a few month until i get money, got a lot to expect in the next couple of months get something decent

I've just realised how hard it will be to beat the mondeo.

it's a good size, looks good, handles amazing, breakes amazing, 130bhp and 0-60 under 9 secs, 60mpg on the motorway and 55mpg around the doors, cheap too!

If you are going to buy a new I suggest you for audi.

i looked at a nice T5 before i bought the mondy, bloody common sense won!

wouldn't have an audi, wouldn't buy new either, i'll (hopefuly) have around £30k but i'm not wasting it, maybe £6k for a car

i know some volvos are, i'm sure T5s are, they must be

t5's are awd iirc, theres no recent volvos that are rwd
