Basically I think my punto will be scrapped very shortly. Pretty much everything is knackered on it now, and the cost to repair it just isnt worth it. List of stuff wrong:

- Clutch + release bearing sound extremely shagged.
- Baffles in the middle exhaust section are shagged
- Peco backbox snapped on the weld
- Handbrake doesnt work unless at 70-80 degrees
- Top Suspension mounts on both sides need replacing
- Front Disc brakes squealing, obviously worn down.
- Front right brake is actually grabbing also.
- Serious coolant loss, suspect Headgasket but no other signs.
- Rear Wiper motor stopped working
- Ongoing petrol consumption issue
- Knocking noise from engine
- Paint has seriously faded on the bonnet and the rear passenger door and around the rear passenger light cluster
- Water is somehow getting into the central locking system and randomly stops working.
- Interior including the entire dashboard was spray painted black by some obviously chavvy previous owner and is now all peeling and looks really shabby.
- Was an insurance write off

So yeah, RIP Punto 60SX(n)

I pickup my new car on saturday though, and I can't wait:cool:

Tis a Renault Laguna 1.8 16v RT sport:
