Hello to all

My name is Michael and I live in Adelaide Australia. At the moment I drive a 1986 BMW 735i and yes it drives like a boat. I am not new to Fiat’s as my dad had many 124's and a few 124 race cars. The last one was a 124 BC with from what I can remember had a 2 litre twin cam out of a lancia in it. It produced something like 350HP at the wheels. Went like a stink

But I am here because I’m interested to invest in an x19. And was interested in modifications, etc. I have been toying with the idea of a 2 liter swap. I thought it would be a good idea to join up and see how other people have developed there cars.

All for now

Michael

Cool.. someone from Australia.. :)

Could you lot from down-under please refrain from using words like...cool, chill, ice, cold....:p

I know you lot are all warm and happy...we are freezing and have to wear coats with central heating on to live...so just stop it!

:)

btw  welcome :)

yea hot weather is good but when its 49*c or 120*f it is a bit of a bitch and heat like that aint to good for ur car or yourself for that matter

Which is why I live in Pretoria, not further up north. Hottest it's been this year is 35*c (Which is a tad bit hot already). Most of the time it's around 30*C here, winter it goes down to 15*C (Max temp)

All they worry about is their bloody aircon and scraping the flies off the windscreen instead of ice :D

hahaha :) u hit the nail on the head

Nah ice is nothing you know its hot when the tar filler on the road starts to melt and it sticks to your shoes and your dumb enough to walk on it bare foot by accident. it's like walking on boiling chewing gum

I like the cold its better that being stinking hot and needing to have your air con re gassed

What a coincidence.. my colleague uses the same picture for his MSN Messenger as the one you're using now..
