Well hello there :)

I found this forum via a recommendation from AazGPunto (my cousin), and it looks like a really great place to be :)

I've been a fan on Fiats ever since my Dad got his first Uno (Mk1 3DR Blue, can't remember the engine) when I was about 5.

Since then, between my Mum and Dad, we've had:

-another Uno Mk1 Black 5DR
-Mk1 Punto 3DR 60SX Blue
-Uno Mk2 5DR Red
-Bravo HLX Black
-Punto Mk1 5DR 55S Silver
-Stilo 16v Multijet (I think) 5DR Red
-Grande Punto Dynamic 16v Multijet Dark Blue (I'm crap at remembering the names, but I think its Orleans Blue like Aaz's :) ) 5DR

Plus several others owned by my Aunt and Grandma :)

And I intend to carry on the family tradition in early summer next year by buying a Stilo. I was looking at a Bravo HLX just like my Dad's one from when I was a kid, as I loved it to bits, but I need something newer and more reliable with less likely to go wrong with it due to the age and mileage.

Youd think that wouldnt you but even the stilo has had its fair share of electronical gremlins and problems, especially the early models! Check out the stilo section for more!

welcome to here!

Might be a bit sad resurrecting my own welcome thread, but.....well can't think of a better place to put it lol.

I'm back, and I actually have a Fiat this time! I ended up buying my Mum's GP, the Orleans Blue 1.3 Multijet, and couldn't be happier!

Now to start the mods! :D It's only going to be smaller discreet things, stuff that won't put buyers off in the future and won't affect it mechanically. So vinyl the grill, paint the chrome above and below it, maybe change the badges (thinking new style logo but repainted blue and white rather than red and white), add xenon's, one day look into spoiler and front/rear dam, and one of the stripes, just don't know which one yet.

Just wish Blue&Me wasn't such an unreliable pain in the rear end!

wel lad how its goin just joined the forum myself gettin a good impression so far regardind the stilo approach with caution my friend one of my mates had a 2003 1.2 16v wan and sinces his owned he has

replaced the back axle bushings which is common fault

is in the process of changing the passenger side airbag weight sensor in the seat he contacted a fiat dealership ans was told it was a dirty wire turned out it was the sensor costs roughly 200 euro for the part roughly 150 labour and the seats material may have to get re stiched depending on the mechanic doing the work as well

was servicing car and a small piece going into the rad snapped of when he leaned on it

he has done a few other bits also

dont get me wrong there some car for the money when they work and if you get yours with the panaramic sunroof its even better
