Hi, I have just replaced the clutch on my 1988 Ducato grampavan on completion I try it and seemed OK next day after a few miles the clutch started to drag to the point of been unable to select gears while engine is running, has anybody encountered this problem or do I have to strip the hole assembly down again? a job I wish to avoid

Hello there and welcome to the forum! (y)

I'd suggest that you post this down in the Ducato section, where more people will be able to help you, this area is just for introducing yourself to other members of the forum :)

Hello ez rise.

Is the clutch cable operated? If so,the cable might need adjusting to compensate for the clutch bedding in.

If the clutch is hydraulically operated, then try and bleed the slave cylinder through and see if that improves the situation.

EDIT;(Ooops, sorry.I'll repost this in the other thread.....)
