Hello there all, Just became member of this very large forum, Just couple of weeks ago picked my self up a fiat bravo 1.6 16v, Yer yer i see lots of you have 2.0 and stuff on here, But where not all full of money for insurance, And since ive been driven a 1.2i merit corsa b for the last year its rather a large speed increase for me and a increase in petrol costs,

So ive got a new (second hand car)

Ive had the car a week and ive already started on the mods, GF Hates me all over again, I totaly failed my corsa poor little thing looks like some one smashed it with a mallet cause the mat black paint job went so wrong, So this time its peace by peace so this what im looking to do to it and im hopping for some help along the way

I had trouble finding stuff for this model car :| must be looking in the wrong place but ive got a custom body kit coming for it from that horrable thing ebay. There inmade in there factory so problery going to have to kick it on there.

SO first plane is

Going to chrome out the front and rear bummper
Chrome out the side skirts
Got some eye brows coming going to chrome them out (see a patten here)
Going to remove the side repeaters and replace them with clear with chrome lights in side (Yes they flash the right colour)
Removing the petrol cap and replacing it with a chrome look one
Going to remove the internal black capping with in the head lights and have it dipped in chrome too (You know the bit im on about)
Got some blue tinited side lights
Going to keep the original seats and get some covers (Till budget increases)
Chaning the dials to lockwoods in white with blue LED
The black rim along the side of the car is going to be chromed out

Dont know what this is going to look like put i put it together in ps this afternoon and i think its going to look rather nice, People telling me the chrome might be a little too much what do you think please leave ya honest answers

Going to have the internal dashboard covered in silver
Remove the steering wheel and replace with type R silver and blue
Silver/Chrome Pedals
Chrome gear surrond with blue placed leds
metal floor mats with small neon blue lights in back to make nice glow at night
Going to trim the door surrounds with blue neon (If i can find a way)
Going to place all the neon and leds on a manual switch next to the hand brake
Going to replace handbrake with blue and chrome led effect
Replacing the gear head with Chrome fiat stamped one.
Not too sure on what colour spray job to have done as i find the dark blue rather nice,
Replacing the widescreen wippers with pro chrome
Might have the rear spolier spray in chrome (Might be too much chrome going on here) Let me know !!!!
Or might just have lower car chrome every thing else in the dark blue colour it comes in

Let me know what you think im open to what other people think even thou i will still problery go with the chrome one bit at a time

Going to have the GF come up with air brush or customer vinyl for it some thing for the bonnet and front wings only

wow lots of plans. good luck getting it all done, my list doesnt have as many ticks as i wish but i'll get around to doing most of it eventually.

my first bravo was a 1.6, its a good engine and a great car. nothing else like it on the roads (y)

if you ever have any probs or questions just pop into the bravo section, if it can go wrong on a bravo we've seen it a million times already. :)

Thanks for the welcome guys,
Yer ive got a huge list of work to be done, First things first thou get new wing lol which totaly needs done first.

But hey would you know it I got a body kit and some small mods first lol, Even some chrome spray paint to check what it will look like !

Galde to see im not the only one on here, Found it so hard finding stuff for the bravo.... :D

Thanks for the welcome !

Hello and welcome :) Awwww, I thought you were proper-north-east UK (I lived in Aberdeen for many years) when I saw it for your location :(

Anyway, I like shiny things and had a lot of silver stuff on my car when it was silver :D I do think that might be a bit too much though and you'll run into safety issues with the headlights I reckon as the light won't reflect in the direction it's meant to  But I think some subtle touches such as the interior and petrol cap, door handles etc. are nice :D
