hi everyone 
this is my first theard never done this before so here goes.
i need to fit a towbar to my stilo 1.9jtd 3dr in yellow. do i need to cut the bumper has i have looked at some on the net and they say a bumper cut is needed. phoned a local towbar fitter and he said no but wanted me to remorgage to fit it. has anyone got a towbar for sale and is willing to post to me.
