Hi thanks for the add, I worked for a VW, Rover,Land Rover, Rambler, Datsun, Citroen, Fiat dealership in NSW in the late 1960's early 1970's. Our best selling Fiat started out as the 124, then the 125 and 124S. Most of these vehicles except the VW were distributed by Grenville Motors in Sydney. The VW was distributed by Lanock Motors at thet stage.
The 125 and 124S were a favourite with all of the workshop staff at the time.
 
Sorry I missed the most obvious couple being the 1500 sedan and the Bambino which was very popular but the waiting list wasn't as long as the 124S.
 
There is a 1500 member still active on here.. maybe not a customer in the 60's though :)
Probably not they would be close to 100 now, I was only a young apprentice when the business took on the dealership and we inherited a few customers with it, rust was their biggest problem as the we were very close to the coast and the salt air worked wonders.
