Hello, I was recently drafted into a Lemons car team the car being an X 1/9. The car was raced before and prepared nicely I found pictures of it sporting the numbers 23 and 30, I don't know how or if it finished.
I read of overheating problems and that the transmission may be weak. i would appreciate any advise to keeping the car alive for 2 days or 14 hours of racing.
I apologize to any of you who have nice X 1/9's that don't like them destroyed but I think this car was a good candidate for a race car. Good original cars made into street rods bothers me.
