The head carries an o.ring

No head : no seal

Use a drill in reverse to wind out the screw

I believe it is just an M6 thread..

So a bolt with a broad head..and tranferred o.ring should work

do you knows how long the bolt should be ? does it need to be plastic ?

ive messed it up cant get the screw out do you know what the pipe is called what the bleed screw in on looks like i need to replace that

off a FIAT BRAVO SPORT M-JET 150

2008
coolant bleed screw

It may be

FIAT 51795046 Hose, heat exchange heating

Search images yourself to make sure.

It will be expensive from fiat.

If you can gently cut the retaining collars off the plastic vent part save the rubber hoses . fit another vent part cut from an easily obtainable cheaper fiat hose (500 / panda) . Fit to your hoses using hose clips.

As your hose is now off the car ( and indoors..)

Get a hex screwdriver bit..

Hold it securely in mole grips..

Then hold it in a flame ( gas hob..) for a few seconds.. it will soon get HOT

THEN hold the blade end up against the broken screw..
'Branding 'a new slot in the screw

After a minute of so.. you should be able to unscrew the broken part

Thank you very much for all the help you have given

I ended up doing as advised by yourself & I am going to adapt the engine coolant hose
thanks again
