I've just joined the forum, are there more members here with a 850 Familiare?

I'm located in the Netherlands, my dad has a fiat 500L and since the first time i drove that car i knew... I wanted a old fiat for myself, but being 14 years old it took about 10 before the moment was finally there. While searching for a 500 a 900T came on my path, but before i could reach out to the seller it was gone.

While searching for another 900T something differant came on my path... A 850 Familiare, once i saw that all i could think of was that car, and again... sold!

About a year later i found another, so together with my dad we went 1500kilometers from home for my first car.
And there it is my familiare! From 1969 unrestored and after 50 years with the same owner it is now mine. And since i'm only 26 it probably will be with me for the next 50 years.

Did you have to do any work on it or was it already in such great condition? Also- where did you find it?

I just bought a 850T a few months ago that needs to be restored. Would be interested to know what you paid for yours if you don't mind me asking. The parts don't seem to be particularly easy to come by or cheap.

It is all original, i only had to replace some dried out hoses, fuel pump and spark plugs because it has been in the first owners garage for 10 years after he passed away. So i'm the second owner, it has been in the first owners hands for 50 years(almost exactly, just 7 days later).
I found it on subito.it and got it with the help from a italian family member.
Depends on what parts, body work seens te be quite expensive. but most mechanical part are quite easy to find.
