Hi when I turn the key over the oil and injection warning light stay on but when I start the engine they disappear, any thought as to what it would be? Thanks

Those are warning lights for the oil pressure and ignition by the sound of it. When you turn the ignition on, you have armed the system but it's detecting no oil pressure and no sparks going on, so the lights stay illuminated.

The ignition light should go out fairly soon after you turn the key to the "MAR" position (to crank the engine). It has a revs threshold.. so you can occasionally see it if the revs are dropping to the point that the car is about to stall... otherwise it sort of pulses as the engine turns.. and goes out when it fires.

The oil light should go out as soon as the engine starts to turn over... although it's allowed to stay on for half a second after the engine starts, particularly if the oil level is a little low.

You shouldn't see either light come on (or glowing) while the engine is running.

Check the oil level, if you want to be sure the level is okay.. but if teh light goes out straight away, and stays out, then it's likely to be fine.

If you see the oil light come on while you're driving, pull over.. turn the engine off and don't drive it until you know what's just gone wrong.
