2004 FIAT DOBRO 1.4 PETROL on starting up the engine fires right away as the start up revs drop to tick over it dies like I switched off this happens about 3/4 times then runs perfectly This only happens in cold weather! the colder it gets the more tries I have to make, during the summer months it starts first time every time. I'm an old time 5/8 steam man help

Is this the 8 valve 1400 motor..?

Does the fuel pump in the tank sound like normal ?

Maybe cycle it a few times before cranking.. just to see if its building fuel rail pressure better
