I noticed the other day when I got out of the car I smell antifreeze the car was running kind of warm I noticed the fan was not coming on even when I cut the AC on the fan does not come on so I tried to check the fuses they look good I checked in with resistance to a meter I checked the relays and even put 12 volts on the relays relays are good and I put 12 volts on the fan fan comes on any suggestions

Disconnect engine temp sensor. Fan should run constantly by default.

If it doesn’t then you’ve either a wiring / power supply issue or ecu fault I’d have said.
