Hi all, wife and I are recent retirees, and treated ourselves to a golden oldie - 2004 Ducato Winnebago, with Alko chassis and airbag suspension. Only one trip so far, but 8000kms from Qld to Victoria and back last Christmas/New Year. I have to say so far, this motorhome is an absolute beauty - simple, inexpensive, everything works, and with a few upgrades such as led interior lighting, a pleasure to live in. The turbo wastegate linkage needed reattaching, and we had a stage 1 remap carried out - the combined result being effortless cruising fully loaded. I'm a car restorer (MGs), so have gone through the electrics to make sure everything is as it should be; one thing I couldn't find was a full wiring diagram - if anyone can help me there? Apart from that, this Fiat has my vote as a base vehicle well worth having. All the best to all. John Hall.

Hi John Welcome to the forum.
Sounds like you purchased a Winnebago the same as we previously owned & an excellent vehicle, ours had the Premium Airbag suspension fitted also.
It has an excellent layout & lots of storage & never let us down.
The wiring diagrams are available in the eLearn WSM from the downloads section to be burnt onto CD. The owner/radio manuals are also available in the downloads section as well.
If you need any tips etc on the Fiat or the Winnebago itself don't hesitate to PM me. (Check the cross member under the Radiator for rust )
Cheers

Copy of old add on the righthand border of this page .

hese are AIRRIDE manufactured front air struts for a Fiat Ducato X250 van, or Citroen/Peugeot versions.
They are complete with bearings and top mounts as in the pics and are in excellent condition.
These are the heavy duty triple bag version and are a straight swop out for your existing front struts with coil springs. (When fitting on my van I had to create additional clearance for the airbag not to rub. In discussions with Airride, they said they had not come across this before though)
The ride is much improved and you can control the ride height if you wish. I used them with semi air on the rear.
Had these on my van for only 3000 miles and removed before selling to put on next van but plans have changed so now for sale.
£765,offers considered.
See AIRRIDE website for more info-

Please contact me to discuss collection/delivery.

Welcome to the FIAT forums from downunder, John (y):D

An MG man eh? I have a '79 Midget which was actually my second ever car! I've also got a J2 in case you're familiar with the pre-war machines ;)

Hi Free Spirit down at the Sunny Coast - thanks so much, I had no idea anyone had replied, so there must be no alert system like I'm used to on old car forums. That's great info on wiring diagrams, I'm trying a download as we speak. I will certainly dm with any more queries about the Winnie; sounds as though you upgraded?
Yours, John.

Welcome to the forum, yabbie

I found that this is the best forum, for obtaining info on the Fiat Ducato, and there are a lot of friendly people here, who have helped me out in the past

If the wiring diagram you downloaded is in English, can I please have a link, I could only manage to download one in another language
