Hi my first post here :)

Cant Seem to find ny guides om how to fix air diverter on a Grande Punto 2006 (No AC)
Resister Works fine, but the diverter seems stuck.

Can you guys help? :)

No i dont mean the flaps of direction.
I mean the round selector, where you choose to direct air to the passengers or windscreen etc.

It turns just fine in All positions, but it dosent change the airflow.

The heater box controls are:

Twisty knobs in front of gear lever

Metal control cables

Plastic flaps

If the flaps are fine. And the knobs are free turning

Then you must have a control cable issue

Years ago when there was a watervalve built into the heater.. if it got stiff it would break the plastic connector :(

Thank you!
Yes IT must be the cable then, how do i check that? I cant find guides to do it. :)

I have now checked the cable, it is connectet at the twisty knob and at the other end. When i twist the knob, it moves the White plastic ting with the small teeths at the blower fan. But the cogs are not connecting. Its not in mesh.
Its a left hand drive car, so there isnt much room cause i have padals and steering colum etc in the way. Maybe i could remove the radio and get the cogs to connect that way?
