Hi, Just bought an Punto 1.4 evo 8v and thought i would say Hi.. Its a 2010 but only done 39K miles and is my second car as I have a Z4 which isnt very practical so have bought the Punto to go shopping in and stuff like that..I actually bought it off my Step Daughter as they no longer need it and to be honest it was a bit of a bargain as they have spent a shed load on it over the last year- new tyres, brakes, Disk rotors, full service, new springs, new drop links and I have just picked it up from the garage after having the Cam belt and Water pump changed as I didnt fancy the odds on a 10 year old cam belt. Just wondered also does anyone have a bolt cover that goes inside the passenger door release handle as theres one missing and I am unable to find one apart from one in Hungary..

Welcome to the forum, you totally threw me when you said Hungary, did you mean you or the car is in Hungary or you could only find the part from Hungary?

In any case go to the fiat dealership (probably phone them at the moment) and tell them what you want, stuff like this is generally very cheap from the dealership and the only place you can get it.

Go to a breakers or buying off eBay and you will likely pay over fiat prices

Thanks for the reply.. Ive actually moved the rear one to the front so my OCD is placated for the moment..Im thinking of trying to bodge something up from some thin plastic when I have repaired the rear window winders which are both broken..apparently this is a common issue ?? got a new N/S one off ebay for 14 quid en route and have watched a Youtube vid on the process and once thats done I may just fill it with Plastercine or something like that
