HI ALL,

Have a 15 plate 1.2 punto with a strange radio issue. Its a factory fitted radio (came with car from new) but when operating the volume control the response in either raising or reducing the volume is delayed or mutes, if it mutes when attempting to turn back up, it jumps up in volume all of a sudden. I think it might be some kind of softwear issue maybe. Is there a factory reset procedure that might cure this ?? No radio manual and nothing in the cars manual. Regards ian P.S. It has bluetooth etc and is paired to my wife phone etc, there seem to be no issues here....
