Hi, New to this forum.
Help! Please.
My partner has a 2013 petrol Panda. Yellow triangle & ! comes on occasionally when driving. Can't understand the reason. Everything is working, oil level and temp are good, I've replaced oil pressure switch, all lights are working. Thoughts please.
Thanks, Rick.

Had this recently, for me it was an intermittent fault in the brake light bulb.

I am so glad to hear I am not the only one who has had an intermittant bulb problem, My Bravo took months to finally blow the number plate bulb and put me out of my misery.

I know it’s sad but I had this issue for ages and I measured the resistance of all my lamps, like for like against their opposite numbers and the one causing the issues had very high readings but had been fully functional for weeks with the light on.

I had the yellow triangle last week, but it came with a message telling me that the daylight running light was blown. Bulb replaced in ten minutes, all now O.K.

I had the yellow triangle warning light pop up but no message to indicate what the problem was! Turned out easy to figure out, it came on as soon as I braked, just a brake bulb out. Changing the build is easy enough once I figured out how to get the rearlight unit off the car, it was very stiff and had to use considerable force to slide the unit rearwards.

I had an intermittant yellow triangle, caused by loose bulb the nearside daylight running lamp. Must be a spurious fitting because it's black, the drivers side is red. Fiat?

I am always intrigued as to why, when any warning light comes on, people immediately go to the oil? Only if the red 'oil can' light comes on is the problem oil related :)
The yellow triangle is (as others have said) usually accompanied by a message in the display and generally shows that something electrical is faulty - anything from a failed bulb (there's a list of the ones it refers to in the instruction book, which includes rear fog light), to something bigger like a failure (when fitted) of the electronics of the 4x4.

My wifes 2013 Panda 4x4 does that. Random warnings and that infernal triangle. Everything working fine and no bulbs gone etc. Just really random. Halfords said it was the Body Control Unit but not convinced. More like crappy Italian electrics.

It needs connection to a diagnostic system as it should show something up if it keeps coming up with an error it normally shows something on the dash along with the triangle errors

See my reply in another post (here https://www.fiatforum.com/panda-iii/479660-body-control-unit.html?p=4526332) . At the moment, where cars are being used less, battery voltages are dropping. Lower voltage means the sensors see 'odd' effects and show 'random' warnings. It is not unique to Fiat... my 10-year-old Volvo's done it on and off in the past few days (and that's basically a Ford)
