Camper assistance - Basel

Hello,

I live in Basel and I bought a Fiat Ducato 2004. I need some help, this is the first camper I drive and I don't know how to use it, and I don't speak german fluently yet. I would like to know if someone can show me the basics about how to winterize it and use it in Winter, and how to use the basics (toillete maintenance, clima control, etc).

Does anyone have good introductory videos or even better, can meet me here in Basel to explain me the basics?

Ok so its a FIAT chassis @2004

Which coachbuilder made the habitation?

That is the best route for discoverjng about the caravan departments equipment.

You can probably still get owners manuals too.

Is it a panel van conversion or a coach built?

Where do you plan to use it? - we've done the odd night in our camper (which is an MPV conversion) in near zero degrees, but it was quite hard to keep it warm. For longer term and lower temperatures, I think you'd struggle in a van conversion.
