Hill start message constantly coming back.

So I have been having that dreadful message for the past 2 years, sometimes it won't come back for a while but now it is always coming back (ESC/abs and Hillstart).

so far I changed the light switch, 3 abs sensor one rear hub assembly, changed the battery etc..., and it will always comes back. sometimes it is fine for a while and then it always end up coming back. the problem is that the boost is being cutoff when that happens (limp mode).

now today the back lights are always on and that was happening a few months ago before changing the break light switch (I ordered another one just in case)

anyone has a suggestions
