Hi all,
Just picked up my second hand 2016 500 pop and loving it already. Not sure if this in the right section as I’m new here but my car has the u connect 3 which I believe doesn’t allow me to make and receive phone calls via bluetooth. Is it possible too add this in any way? If so what is the easiest way to achieve this

Thanks in advance
Claz

I don't have personal experience of Uconnect3, but I'd expect it to be able to do calls.

I have a 2015 Skoda Fabia, which when I bought it connected with my phone. Having to repalce teh phone with a new one, the car would pair with the phone, but refused to download the phonebook or call records.
Newer phones are using Bluetooth profile 1.4 (I think). My car uses 1.3, and surprisingly, 1.4 is not backwards compatible - genius.
Phone is Android. Depending on manufacturer, you may be able to see what profile it is using, and choose instead to use 1.3. For my Sony, this was not visible, but foound on the internet somewhere an instruction to unlock more features.
This is from memory, so best to search and find something appropriate for your phone.
Had to find System in the settings section, and tap it repeatedly until it awoke and declared I was now a developer. Then more menu items appeared, including bluetooth profile. Set to 1.3 and it paired with the car, gave me my phonebook and call history.
This may reduce capability with streaming music, but not something I do,so there may be compromises.
If you have an Apple device, problem may be similar, but fix may work differently.
Happy googling.
