I have a fiat 500c 2011 model with climate control. The blower motor does not work. The flaps do not move either. The control panel all lights up and is working as it should. Checked all the fuses and all ok. Any ideas

Welcome to the forum.

I've added the 500 prefix to your thread so that it shows up to the right people :) I have in the back of my mind that there's some kind of resistor that causes these issues but I'll leave that to the experts to confirm.

I had that same problem with mine. The flaps was broken, and replace them. With the job included cost to me 700€. We speak about Greece, and the transportation expenses to bring the spare in Greece. Also the job alone is 300€

Are the controls all electronic? IE no knobs to turn? Does it work on MAX(fan) or nothing at all ?

The fan will have a resistor pack to control the speed. It is located high up on the heater case. Access is bad on LHD cars. It's virtually impossible on RHD. I have the wife's to do and expect to be removing the steering column to gain access.

The climate control system has weak air control flaps which break away from the mechanism. There is a thread in the Panda forum that covers the repair process but we do have someone (Post 5 ) who can do the job.
