High. I'm looking to buy a used Fiat 4x4 Cross from a dealer. But when I check out the VIN number on various sites it keep coming up as a 2011 fiat 500. Does this mean it is dodgy or are these checks not too accurate? TIA.

What year is the Cross? ePer releases only cover VIN numbers up to the date of it's release, I'm not sure when the last publically available version came out but it might not cover your VIN and is just doing some kind of best guess.
Or, you're not using ePer, in which case results cannot be guaranteed.
