Hi - new to all this forum stuff so don’t know if this will work, but we’ve had my mum’s 5 door 127 in the garden for the last 17 years and don’t know what to do with it or if it has any value to anyone. Condition is fairly rusty but could be a lot worse considering. Jacked it up today to check the brakes and all looks fairly solid still. Has 36k (kilometres) on the clock. It starts and runs ok (apart from brakes binding) and sounds pretty good.
Any suggestions gratefully received!

Welcome to the forum :)

That does look in surprisingly good condition, considering how long it's been sat there!
Assuming you're looking to sell, have a look at ebay and carandclassic at other 127's which are listed or have sold recently.
I'm not too hot on prices of these, but they're only getting rarer, so I'd expect 4 figures would be easily achievable if you can get the engine running.

Thanks for the replies - much appreciated. It’s a 900CL, left hand drive and currently in France. Planning on bringing it back to the UK later in the summer if there’s any enthusiasts who’d like to have a look. It starts first time and sounds really sweet. Thing is I can’t find any 5 door 127s for sale anywhere so don’t know if they’re rare or just not wanted. I’d like to see it find a good home for sure.

Thanks again!

Yes I do. Do you want to Private Message me - I’m not sure how to do it.

Great feedback guys - thanks. I’ve not sold it yet and probably won’t now. Will store it in the barn whilst I think about what to do with it.
