I'm new to FIAT and I bought my first three years ago for my wife. she loved a 2014 Fiat 500 Lounge with all the bells and whistles.

Ok here is my current situation I'm out of town and my wife was a a stop light and when she depressed the accelerator the car would not move. the dash stated that manual trans was not available. this is an automatic. the car was towed to the house. I've already had a friend check the shift cable busing (ok) no leaks ant where. The PC code he was able to get was a P1CC0- which says
the "Hydraulic Pump Stuck Off", Checked 30 amp maxi fuses, changed battery and nothing. If anyone has had this issue can you please help the dealer is 50 miles from my house and local shops either don't want to touch it or want to charge a large amount of $$$ just to diagnose.

Yes, it does. The code was taken with a reader that had the Factory’s code loaded into it.

Question is this something the dealer will warranty. Since this vehicle was on the recall and they just flashed the program not quite a year ago.

I’ve attached the photo of the code.

I appreciate the advice, but that does not sound like something I am going to be able to do. i dont even know what the pump looks like. Is it on the front of the engine down below?

Understand.

These Fiat diagnostics as you can see are just simple steps (in this case) to sometimes more involved/detailed stuff but either way they are also sort of cryptic without other experience and information to guide you.

Most of the time one goes through all the steps and the table comes to the same conclusion as you .... "It is (specific item) knackered!" That said the interim steps of checking wiring, pins, etc. can prove to save one a lot of money compared to the "it is knackered" quick route.

As for where the pump is then it will be attached to the gearbox, I think on lower side near exhaust (500X).
